Library

Group Study Rooms

Group study rooms are available in the Hawthorne-Longfellow Library and Hatch Science Library. Descriptions of the rooms are provided below. You may book a room by using the Book a Study Room link above. Please note:

1. Please reserve rooms for groups only, not individual use; the minimum and maximum number stated in the room description should be followed.
2. A room may be reserved for a maximum of 2 hours and a minimum of 30 minutes. Please do not reserve for more than one consecutive two-hour time slot.
3. You must go to the Reserve desk to renew your room for another 2 hour period; renewal will be allowed based on availability.
4. No Show: Room reservations may be cancelled after 15 minutes from Start time.
5. Please turn the light off and close the door when you are finished with the room. Return the key to the Reserve desk.
6. If you are reserving a room from 11 p.m. for 2 hours, you need to make 2 reservations: e.g. 11 p.m. - 1 a.m.:
   a.  11 p.m. - 12 a.m. (bottom of list): 1st reservation (Day 1)
   b.  12 a.m. (top of list) - 1 a.m.: 2nd reservation (Day 2)
