RUNNING TOO FAST?!
Check out a Kill-A-Watt meter from
the Bowdoin Library to help you
identify your BIG energy users.
By presenting your Bowdoin ID Card, students, faculty, and staff can check out Kill‐A‐Watt meters (and instructions) at both H&L and Hatch Libraries for up to four days . A Kill‐A‐Watt meter will help you determine the efficiency of your appliances and calculate your weekly, monthly, or even yearly electrical bill.
Make informed choices on what could be turned off or unplugged when not in use.
