Bound by Ruban in brown levant, lettered in gold, inlaid with a tan
border, a green ribbon design, and a white, red, blue and green artist's
palette, all intertwined with a gold tooled floral design. The levant
doublure is a lighter brown with a gold decorative border, the lining
is of striped and embroidered silk, and the end papers are marbled.
All edges are gilt; the slip case is of marbled paper. Original paper
wrappers are bound in.
Number LXXXVII [i.e. 87] of 100 numbered copies
printed on royal Japanese paper.
The frontispiece, which is in color, is in three
states, as are the plates; one state is mounted on light tan paper.

Bound by P. Ruban in green levant, with a gold fillet border and frame,
and a floral design inlaid in purple, red, pale blue, pink, and yellow.
The spine has a similar motif and is lettered in gold. Inside, the doublure
is green levant, decorated with gold fillet and ornamental dentelle
designs, surrounding a brocade center; with a matching brocade lining.
There are marbled end papers and gilt edges. The original green pictorial
paper wrappers are bound in. With a marbled paper slip case.
